Privacy Policy
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, billing address, GSTIN if provided), service data needed to run what you buy, and support correspondence. Payment card data is handled by our payment providers and never stored on Securiace systems.
Analytics without tracking you
Our analytics are cookieless and privacy-preserving — no advertising trackers, no cross-site profiles. We set one first-party functional cookie (sec_vid, a random identifier, 180 days) to keep site experiments consistent between visits; it contains no personal data and is never shared with third parties.
Where data lives
Customer and service data is stored on Securiace-operated infrastructure in India. We do not sell data — to anyone, ever.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time, in line with the DPDP Act and, where applicable, the GDPR. Deletion requests are honoured except where invoices must be retained under tax law.
