Terms of Service
Services
Securiace provides web hosting, virtual and dedicated servers, email, SSL certificates, domain services and related managed services. Service specifications and prices are shown before purchase and on every invoice.
Billing & renewals
Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise and are all-inclusive, with an invoice issued for every payment. Renewal prices are displayed at purchase and renewal reminders are sent at least 15 days before any charge. Services suspend after non-payment per the dates shown on the invoice.
Your data & domains
Domains are registered in your name and remain yours, including transfer authorization. Backups are taken nightly for hosted services; you may request an export of your data at any time.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used for unlawful content, malware distribution, spam, or attacks on third parties. We act on abuse reports and Indian legal requirements, and notify you unless prohibited.
Liability & fair dealing
Service credits for uptime shortfalls are defined per plan. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period. We will always tell you plainly when something on our side went wrong.
